New State Mobile V0.9.39: Krafton resolves game freezing issue in Akinta on Android devices – Hello Survivors, Krafton is aware of the issue on Android devices where the game would freeze while dying in Akinta after the 9/22 (game) update. - The game will freeze when dying on the Akinta map.
- Affected devices
- Android devices that have downloaded the 9/22 patch update from the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store
- Methods to solve the problem: (Please follow the steps below only if the above issue occurs)
- Option 1: Delete NEW STATE MOBILE from your device and reinstall the game from Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store.
- Option 2: Go to [Settings > Apps > NEW STATE MOBILE > Storage > Clear data] and open NEW STATE MOBILE.
- We recommend all survivors affected by this issue to remove NEW STATE MOBILE from their devices and re-download the updated version from the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store.
- Please note that the Settings menus may differ depending on your device.
